Steps To Place An Ad in our NEWSLETTER or WEBSITE

1. Decide whether you wish to place a classified or block business ad
Classified ads: these may be placed on a month-to-month basis, may be handwritten at the office, see pricing below. Good for individuals.
Block business ads: these black and white ads have a six-month minimum rate (exceptions apply) and may be emailed to advertising@newcomers.org.mx or delivered on disk in Microsoft Word or Publisher, or as a JPG, BMP or TIFF document (payment needs to be received before running the ad). Ads must appear as they will be seen in the Newsletter. For the website, the ad needs to be 200x700 pixels. If the ad is not in one of the accepted formats, the ad will NOT run.

2. Take your exact payment (or local check made out to The Newcomers Club of Mexico City A.C.), and your information to the Newcomer's Office during office hours (M-W-F, 9:30-12:30).

3. Fill out a contract form for the type of ad you want. If you need a factura, bring your official R.F.C. card with you. Facturas are available for pick up in the Office at a later date. Call the office to check to see if yours is ready.
The DEADLINE for advertising in both the website and the newsletter is the 3rd FRIDAY of EACH MONTH. Ads may be seen by the 2nd Friday of the next month.
